The Careers and Resourcing team find great people with great skills and bring them into the 4impact community. They listen and understand our consultants’ career requirements and aspirations, and ensure they find the right assignment, time and time again and again!

The Account Management team are out in the market supporting our clients each and every day. They develop a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and ensure we provide them with the right consultants, solutions and expertise. The Account Managers are the key contact with our consultants during their engagement, ensuring they are supported in a myriad of ways.

The Delivery & Assurance team have industry best skills and expertise across our Capability areas. They provide our clients and consultants with access to a range of contemporary open standards, methodologies, tools and collateral. They are particularly passionate and expert AGILE practitioners.
